The program serves the north side of Wichita — the 67214 ZIP code and surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether your neighborhood qualifies, reach out and we'll let you know.
Pricing depends on the home and the financing you qualify for. Contact HOPE CDC and we'll walk you through current costs and what to expect.
Our homes are modular builds available in a range of sizes to fit different households — studios and ADUs, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3+ bedroom homes, as well as duplexes.

Most builds take about 6–12 weeks.
You'll agree to live in the home as your primary residence for at least 5 years. During those first 5 years, HOPE CDC holds a first right of refusal on the sale of the property.
